Happy holidays, have you considered suicide?

Scenario: need to pick one or the other to use as sole triceps  exercise in a program focusing on increasing flat. Both overhead and incline bench work are rotated as supplemental lifts, which ever movement is picked will be one of only four pressing movements used. I've always used CG bench satisfactorily but wonder if the "more tris/ less everything else" factor of JM press in relation might be a better way go. Thoughts? Experiences?
