The freezing cold part always crept up on me in. the final few weeks of dieting. The leaner I was...the worse it got...and stayed. Do you usually experience this in prior preps?

Usually start feeling the cold as the show gets closer, lack of fat obviously, I end up wearing multiple layers, I have been training in my coat..

lol I remember those days.  I was like a fucking onion doing my morning cv back in the day....when your feet start to hurt from lack of fat on the bottoms you've gone too far lol

been very hungry today, not like me at all.

going to listen to my body

did 10mins bike 10mins rowing machine, tried the cross trainer, fuck that, almost threw my fucking back out...
trained legs, back of right knee playing up a bithurts when I hack squat, be careful, cant afford to fuck up now.

feel a bit better this morning with the additional food, not dragging myself from my car to the train station today  Smiley

Looked tight, muscles are feeling a bit harder, even though I looked lean my muscles were soft even when flexed, I seemed to be falling into the trap of over-dieting again.

Will listen to my body from now on, and thanks to Illuminati for the phone calls and his words of advice...

So I see that you have added some 20 minute cardio. Is this very recent? I assume that most of your prep had no cardio. And are you finding that it is helping you with the stubborn lower back fat that you mentioned? And is the cardio daily?

advised to do a bit, I am doing 15 mins bike 15 mins rower at the moment and walking.
May increase the bike and rowing to 20/25 each depending on how I feel and its daily...
