2 quick questions. The shows that you will be competing in....are they weight classes? Or height classes?

And.....What is the time limit for your nighttime posing routine? In seems that these days in the states...that most all shows are a 60 second maximum. Which to me....is way too short to allow much of anything in the sense of a nice piece of music. Back in the late 80's and 90's....I know that all of the local and state shows that I competed in allowed 2 minutes of a routine. Which to me..allowed enough time to pick and edit a solid piece of music and create a nice dramatic arc for a posing routine. But now...due to too many extra classes...ala physique and "bedroom body boardshorts"class....if they didnt cut off at 60 seconds...the show would last until the next morning. Just curious. ..thanks.

over 50s class, its open, all shapes and sizes
they do have a minute limit, my music this year is 1 minute 17, if you pose well they tend to leave it running (fingers crossed)

Posing isnt even judged anymore, apart from some of the physique classes where they judge on your presentation.

thanks mate

food today, 4 oatibix
two toast and jam
took mother in law and nephew out for Sunday lunch, its her 80th birthday on Wednesday
had pate and toast and a roast beef dinner

will have a bit of something later, not sure yet

Back on diet tomorrow, going to add in some walking cardio as well.

Im not hungry at all on this diet, if I was eating plain rice and chicken I would be starving.

3 eggs toast and 2 chicken sausage (Italian spice)
5 oatibix
carbonara pasta and 4 sausage
peppered beef and mustered tiger bread crust sandwich.

Thatís a good indicator your not hitting it so hard
As BW is still high.
Should be on stage at around 14st10 ish

small chicken sausage 9gms protein per sausage low fat, yep nice protein source.

Just cooking some beef sausage at the moment...
