MAG lat attachments
« on: March 01, 2018, 07:36:40 PM »
I read a post on a thread by Go 4 It regarding the Mag Lat bar attachments. Stands for Maximum advantage grip.  My shoulder bothers me using a regular typical lat bar whether I use a supinate (reverse grip), neutral (hands facing)or pronate (palms up)grip. I bought the Supinate lat pulldown bar attachment. I hooked  it up to my lat machine and I did a couple of sets. Seems like it was customized to be at a perfect angle for my the way my shoulder should work to do lat pulldowns. Just want to say I highly recommend them. I will probably get some of the other attachments.  They cost a lot but who ever designed the angle for the grip with these things knows what he is doing. I have no connection to the company.  Their videos are kind of a gimmick saying it takes the biceps out of the pulldown but that's a kinesiology impossibility. The real genius of the bar is the well thought out  hand position.
