i got even worse water retention when I flew from north america to australia a few years ago. think 15lb+ of water, took almost a week and a half to get rid of it.

at the time i had no idea what was going on, thought my kidneys were randomly fucked (i wasn't even on AAS, just trt, started AAS later). freaked out a bit, then did research and found it's common affliction on the trans-continental flight

Why cant these guys just let it go there time has passed. bodybuilding and strippers are the same theirs a shelf life and you have to know when to pack it in because its just sad..
