If you knew anything at all you would realize Obama did things the way they were supposed to by done, you know, constitutionally. He wanted to attack Syria, but sought congressional approval, which is by law the way it is supposed to be done. Congress did not give him approval, so he didn't move forward. The piece of shit in office now doesn't give a shit about anything, so he does whatever he wants. Much like a stubborn little child.
