Insane arm development on Boyer. Him and Robby Robinson were the 2 top guys in the 70's with the best guns around. They both had such unique insertions and peaks. They were also roughly the same height (between 5'7" and 5'9") and although Boyer (210-225 pounds in his prime) weighed slightly more than Robby (206-208 pound in his prime), they both had pure quality and excellence that has not been seen since.

I thought the extra weight looked better on Boyer -- Robby seemed smooth in that first Master's show -- but a few years later, when Robby was working with Trevor Smith, he was bigger and as cut as ever onstage.  The judges insulted him by placing him behind that dwarf guy, Flavio Baccinini or somesuch, when Robby actually could've taken a great but *very* complacent Vince Taylor.
