This serie seems pretty good!
Just watched the first 2 episodes.
One can argue that Johnny was just defending himself against Daniel in the first place and that Daniel was the one stepping into his place and deserved to be beaten up...

Daniel encroached on Johnnys territory , stole his girl, ruined the status quo and even took Johnnys well-deserved title, and ruined his life in the process.

It's time for Johnny to pay back.

Good Fucking Show, The Best so far for 2018, so much nostalgia for old fuckers like myself that witnessed the Original's Magic Back in Da Day!...Musical Score was just on point as well and Character development was Exceptional. Worth every penny for the subscription!!

Watched 5 eps, very easy watching,  everything is well done, grabbed me from the start.  So tired of slow burners, love the use of flashbacks

Ive watched the first 4 now. Excellent.

I did martial arts myself from 7-19 years old and grew up with Karate Kid. To bad this was before mma. So i did jiujitsu and kyokushin karate to develop i descent blend of grappling and striking.

Just  a little advice...

You can buy a month of youtube red with a google pay account that has a balance instead of giving your credit card as sometimes cancelling has some bullshit fine print...I had $10 in my google play...and they give that option on yourube red...$10/month for youtube red...put $10 in google play account and they can't bill shit after the first month.

i only watched the first 4 episodes, but how can the bully be the loner new kid in school?

they had their fight on the beach which johnny clearly won, and then instead of moving on they continues to harass him on the soccer field the next day at school

attempted murder too when they pushed him down the hill while riding his bike

the only thing daniel did wrong was stupidly hosing johnny down in the bathroom stall while he was rolling a joint

so how on earth could daniel be looked at as the bully?  he didn't try to steal johnny's girl either, she dumped his ass and he couldn't accept it and move on

E

100% correct.

Thinking about it, well, it is kind of sad that these guys have to come back and do this.

The pay must be nothing.

Clearly, these people have no money left, even Macchio.

Macchio got some work, but I doubt he is even a millionaire.

Johnny (William Zabka) was the bad guy again in the comedy Back to School (1986) with Rodney Dangerfield.

Macchio could always open a car dealership...due to this newfound fame, lend his name to a martial arts chain.

Sad and sad...

Not really. Its not like they are oscar winners. They went back and reproduced the greatest gig they ever had and did it good.

I think they did a good job too.
