i think that all the chains, bands, boxes, shirts, etc. are great for guys who ARE ALREADY STRONG as in 500 lb. bench, 750 plus squat and deadlift but these jackasses you see in the gym with sub 300 benches and sub 400 squats and deads are just fooling themselves if they think that shit is going to help, there was a clown at a gym i used to train at who used to use chains attached to the bar with one 45 lb. plate on each side, this clown couldn't bench 225 for one yet he was using all of that shit, pathetic.
