Good luck trying to sue an Alzheimer's patient on medicare. I don't think it would hold up in court.

The fact is, when you apply for certain jobs, you likely sign a contract that indicates that X is part of the job description. It's like becoming a garbage man and then complaining that you have to pick up garbage. When you work with geriatric patients with severe cognitive decline, dealing with physical aggression and "sexual harassment" is unfortunately part of the job. You can't expect to work in such a setting and not experience those things--it would likely not hold up in court. Even if the 80 year old Alzheimers patients was wealthy, the nurse would still not likely win in court. As such, given their medical conditions, they would likely not be held responsible for their behaviors.

Exactly, another example on my ship theres a sanitation department, this department consists of a lot of immigrant males from Jamaica, Nicaragua, Ghana, Columbia, etc..these guys are absolutely ruthless when hitting on women, they are constantly harassing girls, the guys from Ghana are always telling girls "I want you to meet Mutumbo" they are referring to their dicks lol, and these girls just shake it off, except it, deal with it daily, yet I guarantee you if the Captain of my ship was to say something like that there would be lawsuits, HR complaints, etc. But because these guys are dish washers making minimum wage, the girls just deal with it.

According to the CDC, diseases like Syphilis and Chlamydia increased by 52 and 31 percent respectively from 2007 to 2011. This puts seniors in competition with young people between the ages of 20 and 24 in terms of the biggest increase in STDS. The rate of STDs among seniors has been growing steadily for the last several years. In 2010, the CDC reported that rates of STDs in seniors had doubled from 2000 to 2010. They continued to increase after that report with rates being the highest  in the state of Florida.
