I suppose it is subjective. We'd have to first come to some agreement on what constitutes a poor excuse for a human. I'm sure we all differ in some ways but in general, if you polled 1000 people, I'm pretty sure "Wishing a toddler fall to their death so that a random black man can die as well" would be considered a poor excuse for a human.
