This is one of the most abused and misquoted scriptures in the New Testament.

We have to judge, a thousand times a day.  Do I want to enroll my kid in this school?  Do I want to give this guy my money for his good or services?  Do I want to eat these leftovers that have been in the fridge for two weeks?  Do I trust this car dealer to give me a good deal?  Is this hitchhiker a decent guy or a serial killer? Etc., etc., etc.

We need to judge and be discerning.  Our survival and our families depend on our good judgment.  Perhaps the spirit of that scripture from Jesus' Sermon on the Mount might be more like, "Judge not unrighteously, that ye be not judged; but judge righteous judgment."  If we had no faculties for judgment we'd be kind of like the brainwashed PC snowflakes on pretty much any college campus anywhere, who can't even reason their way out of a wet paper bag.  Stand for something, or you'll fall for anything.

I guess Disney/ABC had no choice but I’m sad because I really liked her new show. The writing was good, the revived actors were good, it showed a lot of different aspects of modern American life without being preachy one way or another. And funny! Was she drunk?

By the way, isn’t Disney still planning to purchase Fox Entertainment (the studio and TV network)? So there’s no way the show will be “picked up” by Fox I don’t think.

ABC is protecting their image/income. Rosanne apparently does give a shit about her's. She screwed herself, big time.

Likely, it wasn't one muckety-muck who made this decision, but a whole flock of them. Had they not canceled the show, would anyone watch it? The show's sponsors would have left and the show would have died anyway.

As has happened recently with others who've done idiotic stuff, her agent quit her. Will another one pick her up or is she all washed up? If so, who cares?
