Even in his prime, Tyson would be in a clinch for a great part of nearly every fight...A clinch with someone very skilled in BJJ and Tyson simply would be helpless...This doesn't make them more bad ass or anything.....just a skill set Mike didn't have. One clinch with a Gracie or someone like that and they just would have the skill to choke him out quite easily..could break an arm while at it....Mike was not an all around combat fighter..he was a boxer...different sport
Like saying Usain Bolt would smoke everyone in the Marathon...just a different skill set...he's still the fastest man but would get smoked in any amount of distance...Tysons still the baddest but would not have the ability or knowledge to fight a master in mma grappling, submission holds, etc.
Again, a real fight is very different from one controlled as sport.
Tyson would likely unleash a volley of shots at the start of a dust-up and ... that would be that.
And if the opponent was still standing, he wouldn’t be able to consider any effective retaliation before Mike would further tenderize buddy’s body and face.
