People can have what they want but if they attack a kid or anyone else..shoot them. End off. The Dog Lovers will still cling to the argument the owners are at fault in all cases.  ::)

Shoot both the owners and the dog.  The owners are at fault for having a dangerous dog like this.

Killing just the dog after it kills a child is too late.
