He's not so good with "the words."
Though what he has to say is sometimes interesting and definitely controversial. He misuses/mispronounces words all the time. People may say he's a smart kid for being able to make a very good living from "bodybuilding." But it was all just by chance. He's an idiot that got other idiots to follow him and give him money. Sometimes I listen to what he has to say and think to myself, people trust this guy, who speaks like he never finished 6th grade, to prescribe them hormones and other medication?! And these are the same people who say don't trust your doctor when they tell you that a combo of dbol, anadrol, and tren are going to fry your kidneys. So a doctor, who studied internal medicine for a good part of their life, is less trustworthy than a purple fohawk-sporting "special ed" (he was actually in special ed in school) kid, who thinks his arms don't look like oil bags.
