Sure he does if you believe everything you hear. Seems like a lot of folks believe if he is lying about a possible sordid past, he is disqualified.

Yes, I believe what I heard about where he went to school, what he did during his career, the number opinions he has written as a judge, the classes he has taught as a professor, the overwhelming number of people who have vouched for his character, the volunteer work he has done in the community, his marriage, his daughters, etc.
This "sordid past" is absolute unmitigated horse manure.
They scheduled a vote for Friday. I hope Republicans have the spine to proceed with the vote and the the spine to confirm him next week. This really is a moral issue at this point IMO.
