There's not enough factual information available for any of us to know who is 'dirtier' (assuming you mean unethical political and business actions and not who has the fouler mouth). My uninformed guess is that we'd all be surprised at how unethical politicians are in general. Politics is a dirty business, there's nothing new about this.
