I don't have breathing issues. But since my wife teaches breathing for recovery, I do certain breathing exercises after I train (sometimes)

2. Clarity ramped up but not too much to show veins that really are hardly noticible in natural circumstances.

3. De-hazed to remove any sheen or glare on skin.

4. Contrast boosted.

5. Exposure lowered

6. Red and Blue added to the Black and white to darken.

7. Warped tool and liquify tool to add size/decrease size in certain places.

I just showed some of your videos to a Asthma specialist and he said the following...IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER:

1. Severe obesity causes stress on lungs.

2. Wheezing.

3. Sweating because he is not getting oxygen.

4. He seems to be searching for his ideas which shows there is oxygen deprivation.


Coach should be on:

1. First get a pulmonary xray/breathing tests.

2. Diet and exercise

3.  Rescue Inhaler

4. corticosteroid inhaler daily.

5. Nebulizer either once or twice a day.

6. Albuterol tabs daily

7. Small dose of Prednisone daily to reduce lung inflamation.

8. Iron Lung by the time he's 60.
