ASMR
« on: September 12, 2018, 03:21:13 PM »
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation.

Does anyone else listen to/watch ASMR vids on youtube. I find a few of the channels very relaxing and get that goosebumps on the head super relaxed feeling from them. For some reason this channel is of particular interest to me

It doesn't hurt that the video is focused on her ample bosom the whole time.

When you're my age, it hurts.  ;)

I love asmr videos. So relaxing man. If you have trouble sleeping or stress/anxiety. Put one of these on.

My fav on YouTube is ASMR Glow. Check her vids out

Interesting but I like the Silva Mind relaxation exercise better.  It is full body not just head and spine.
