ROCKFORD, Ill. - 61-year-old Jefferey Primm was sentenced to 16 years in prison Tuesday for aggravated child battery and aggravated domestic battery.

The incident in question occurred in August of 2015, when Rockford Police Detectives investigated Primm after a victim came forward and issued multiple complaints of abuse toward both her and two children as well, dating back as far as 2013.

Primm pled guilty in court on Tuesday and was sentenced to 16 years, plus mandatory supervised release for four subsequent years, after his release.

Primm, the 1999 Mr. Universe, holds 7 titles in bodybuilding, including titles of Mr. Illinois, Mr. World, Mr. USA and Mr. America.

Primm operates the Primm and Proper Gym at 6122 Mulford Village Drive.

Jeff Primm knocked the shit out of Bob Chicerillo the day after the USA that Eddie Robinson won in North Carolina. Happened in the lobby buffet breakfast joint. Sad to hear that Primm also beats kids and women. Great physique though...I remember Primm being huge as fuck in person.

Illinois would be a terrible state to be imprisoned. I've seen film of the state prison facilities there and it looks worse than anywhere else in the U.S.
