Jay was easily the best conditioned but he was the flattest ive ever seen him. His back was still a load of shit though, if he could get that tight and defined and come in around 265 he'll be very very hard to beat even by Ronnie

This could be a whole other thread, but it seems that there are some guys that can stand front relaxed with the abs held in and tight.  (cormier and dex and jones fro example)  Others tend to flare the rib cage out (Jay, Ronnie etc)   And it always looks more impressive to see the abs flexin hard, I mean the eye is drawn to the abs when the lineup comes out....
Cormier could win it all if hed start out sooner instead of trying at the last minute.

I am from the same area of MA as Cutler, her grew up on a farm, working for his family.  Then he lived and trained with Brue Vartanian, who owned an HVAC Co., Jay lived worked and trained with him. 

As far as all you assholes claiming synthol, it is really pathetic.  Remember when you started using AS or just started getting bigger for that matter, and everyone pointed to steroids.  Like it was this big muscle suit you put on once you started taking them or something.  It pissed you off didn't it?  They didn't know about all the hours of hard work and sacrifice (dieting).  You guys are the same now, as those pussies that pointed finger at you.  Whenever a guy makes itmprovements it must be synthol.  Most of you wouldnt know what synthol was even if you were drinking it.  Jay does not use or need synthol.

BTW,  I was 10 rows back at the Olympia last October, and Jay killed ronnie in the back shots...it was a sight to see.   Jays rhomboids were as round as 25lb plates...and ronnie had none.

Jay brought it last year and Ronnie is starting to look like a train wreck with droopy pecs, no left tricep and huge bone growths on same elbow.
Sad to see cuz i like him.   I wish he could go back to the 98 olympia and keep it, but i know the subculture demands more.

Jay did not look good at the 2004 AC. He looked like he did at the 99 ironman.  Shredded but very flat.  His arms were way down in size.

The infraspinatus is what you were referring to.
The rhomboids are directly underneath the trapezius, so you would have to surgically remove the portion of the trapezius in between the scapulae in order to actually see the rhomboids.
