Apparently results in mice don't necessarily translate to results in humans. Resveratrol and NMN supplements have not shown good results in human trials.

Except for a noticeable cheese craving.

However all those genes are mixed up is how it works out.

Every child of two parents comes out different.

I'm a bro-scientist with a degree in bro-ology.
I'm not shitting on you but the medical community that makes these claims.  If a person lives a long time they say it's genetics even if his siblings, parents and distant relatives died early.  How is a person supposed to know if they have the longevity gene pre-death?

So for instance, the lifestyle of a parent could apparently even affect the starting genetics of the children they have.

Even our state of mind could affect our gene expression.

English is not my forte, but from what i could summarize:

- Either by caloric restriction or by fast everyday, reduce caloric intake
- Avoid carbs and do low protein
- Take 500mg of resveratrol everyday (morning)
- Take 1 gram of NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) (morning)
- Take 1 gram of metformin at night
- Avoid red meat
- Avoid iron supplements
- Moderate exercise
- Testosterone and BCCA's reduce lifespan.

Forgot daily sauna / cold showers.
