You've always provided a healthy dose of entertainment and bring a lot of years of experience into the fold.

I've seen Vince around these forums as far back as 2001. The man is a bodybuilding forum staple and is actually a pretty well known industry figure. Many IFBB pros know exactly who he is.

He is in line with the Palumbos of the bodybuilding industry.

I suggest looking into taking iodine. Optimox Iodoral or Lugol. Dont take it alone. Start low and take it with the other require supplements to avoid side effects.

You're really going strong with the jingles, and song re-writes lately.  It'd be nice if you included a link to the original you're mocking so we can get the beat in our head.  I'm guessing this one is Rawhide, but I have no idea what the ones in the Rolling Stone thread or on the politics board are?  You obviously have a love of history, so I'm guessing some of these are rather obscure.  Help us out her man...
