50kgSo I can do bicep curls regularly
100sDumbbell bench,incline bench,military press,hammers,dB rows,shrugs,overhead extension,dumbbell squats,2 arm rows,bench dips with it,dips with it.Basically hit everything.
I wouldn't wanna go straight into lifting 100s regularly. That's asking for disaster.I'd go with 50lbs dumbbells and go super slow on negatives.
maybe rob got superhuman strength?
im thinking of buying a pair from rouge!! theyre very popular with the CROSSFIT community!
This is actually an interesting question.
Buy one light and one heavy and just work one side at a time
Not really. One pair would be the Ironmaster adjustable set that goes 10-120 per dumbbell. Also, OP is fag.
Another great answer
100s. Start with only a rep or two. Slowly build up strength. In a few years you'll be able to do high volume training with them.
