Hate crime suspects are most frequently Black (55.0%), White (23.6%) or Hispanic (20.0%). Asian/Pacific Islanders accounted for (1.4%) of the remaining suspects.

Hate crime victims are most frequently White (46.1%) while Black (24.7%) and Hispanic (20.1%) hate crime victims account for a significant portion of all hate crime victims. Asian/Pacific Islander hate crime victims (9.1%) account for the remaining portions of hate crime victims.

Looks like Hispanic hate crime suspect rate is about the same as Hispanic hate crime victim rate.  Maybe they're just taking revenge, an eye for an eye?

The Hispanic specialty is Felony Sex Crimes. Here, they’re neck and neck with Blacks.

That's terrible and absolutely unacceptable.  There is no excuse or justification for rape, or sex crimes of any type, or violent crime, or crime of any type for that matter.

However, maybe there is something this:

Watson is a very smart guy and thought he had a decent, scientific answer to this question on race and crimes of sex and violence.
The Nazis used this kind of thing to back their anti-Semitic views , called "eugenics" .
Since his great discovery medical science now knows that genes must be activated by various enzymes in the body.
The genetic answer is sadly incomplete just like the old liberal idea that we could blame society or one's "environment" for criminal behavior.

For that matter nobody knows what causes a serial killer , child rapists or arsonist to do their heinous acts.

Until we get a conclusive answer, I suggest we judge people based only on their individual behaviors.

The Obama Dept of Ed applied "disparate impact" theory to suspensions and expulsions of minority students from schools.
The same illogic can be applied to hate crime laws.  Let's have fun with this.

Actually, (and I've made this point before on the board), race-based statistics are unreliable.  Do you realize how many mixed race people there are in the U.S.?  Take the worst president of my lifetime for example (Obama).  If he commits a crime, is he considered white or black?  Or both?

I can tell you from actual experience, this issue has been going on long before Obama was elected and still continues.
For decades, the GOV  O.C.R. ( office of civil rights) keeps track of all reported discipline and academic issues at every level of education ( from 1st grade to college).

For example , let's say high school Z has 30% black students enrolled.
If more then 30 % of the students involved in fights  are black, then the school gets charged with "racial disparity".
Let's say that more then 30% of 9th grade black students flunk math compared to only 15% white, they get charged with "racial disparity".

If you think this school racial disparity issue is mostly a liberal, democratic issue, you're WRONG.
The G W Bush era with this infamous " No Child Left Behind" made this issue a lot more absurd and race based.

They have to push the blacks through the system. Lowering the Standards is the only way to do this. Otherwise they’d never graduate.

The real problem was that the powers that be in education assume everyone must be highly educated to be successful.
In my observations, regardless of race, there are numerous ways to make a decent living.

A work skill is 1000x better for getting a real job then some expensive degree in woman's studies from a liberal arts college.

Correct - Not every body has the necessary aptitude for academics
& the less intelligent the less likey it is
