take off 30-60 days. go 100% cold.  then take some.... you will get that semi virgin feel again.

also take on a pure empty stomach too. way much more effective.

I rent cars monthly so I get different one every 30 days,cost between 650-1200 depending on type of vehicle and time of year but I don’t have any maintenance,can beat the bag out of them,and unlimited miles as I drive around 40k a year.Worth every penny to me.

Leasing is amazing if you’re good at it.

I have leased for years, there are boards devoted to lease hacking. Certain models and trims lease better than others. I’m able to lease a 60k msrp German car for under 500$ a month with nothing down.

Tres tacos is very right about debt to income fucking you off. I’m very poor by getbig standards, barely crack 6 figs, but I’m a homeowner with no other debt because of a little bit more self control. In my early 20’s my buddies would go to Vegas once or twice a month and drop 2k a weekend on a bottle at some club for the prospect of date raping a drunk club ho.

I was hitting the local dive and smashing for a fraction of the cost in a Hurley T shirt.

All the dudes from that lifestyle also had unplanned pregnancies and massive 70k trucks. They wonder why creeping up to their 30’s in an apartment still is their reality.

Yeah same place for the last 14 years.I just sign a monthly contract for whatever vehicle I have chosen and it’s unkimited miles and I’m insured either by my car I own insurance or the credit card I use to rent.For me it’s perfect cause unlimited miles and no maintenance is key for me.also I’m pretty rough on cars so I’d rather not use my own.

Typical rentals are suvs such as for explorer limited and sport and Ford Expedition f150,Chevy suburban or GMC Yukon Chevy Silverado,cars Dodge Charger v6 and v8,Chrysler 300,Audi a4,a6,Mercedes c or e 300,Cadillac xts,xts v sport,,Lincoln Navigator and some sedans,mkx.Those are what I usually choose from nothing crazy but some nice rides and you can get higher up ones if you request them.
