I have not been on facebook in 3 years. Best decision ever.

As described above, Ill browse Instagram for bodybuilding videos, but don't have an account, nor do I watch the videos. I just copy and paste them here. Keeps the board interesting.

You click on the video, it pops up, but doesn't play until you click the play button. You then copy and paste the url. Thus, you never have to watch the actual video, just to copy and paste the url. You realize you can click on someone's video and it still not play until you hit the play button.
