Bone Tactical Strength & Conditioning Q&A

Hey guys most of you probably know BT Strength & Conditioning as either tactical athlete or competitive sport specific private, elite, and elusive S&C coaches but I'd like to open up here for some Q&A to help you guys out any way I can. For those that don't know us yet, I'm Greg Tambone, CEO/Founder of Bone Tactical. I've personally trained over 30 current NFL athletes in the weight room. I'm a CSCS coach with NCAA power 5 coaching experience and also continue to work with many tactical athletes. I have a BS in Exercise Science from the U of North Alabama where I also played football (Nose tackle and tight end). I'm new to the community here (as it's recently been brought to my attention that this would be an area I could help out some young/new guys with training questions) and just looking to help out. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask away. I'll also be returning to the US again next week and picking up on my lifting videos for YouTube, so if you have any suggestions for content you'd like to see there let me know! Thanks.
