I believe this.I struggled with Lyme disease and it’s conninfections for years and it was brutal,Antibiotics made me feel like shit and did nothing.I took the natural route and finally beat it into submission.I still have it and it flares up but naturally handles it much better.

Perhaps you should experiment oxycontin as a pain reliever and then question Wiggs.

Oxycodone was synthesized in 1916 and first used clinically one year later.  So if insulin isn't considered 'modern' by your arbitrary definition, oxycodone certainly wouldn't qualify either.

I know when oxycodones first clinical use was, as im an expert on EVERYTHING.

I never implied oxycontin was modern, I suggested it because its first use fell in line with insulin being used, which you consider modern!!

I suggested you use it as a pain reliever and then question Wiggs.

Perhaps organic DMT is what will cure your dependency on modern medicine. You cant prescrib away all your problems.

I had kidney stone surgery a year ago. If there wasn't Dilaudid and morphine available I am sure I would have preferred to step in front of the next passing car to stop the pain. Modern drug science is  nothing short of incredible in pain management over the short term. Over the long term (weeks and months) we need more advancements to minimize the side effects and damage.

The over prescription of painkillers has been a  big problem however. You don't need oxy for a headache unless the headache is due to a nail in your brain. Opiods just aren't suited for long term use. Even a non-opioid painkiller like Toradol shouldn't be used past 5 days straight because of the negative side effects- yet the NFL used to blast the players with the stuff before, during and after game day, until recently.

I know that cortisone is a biggie- and it definitely would mask the pain while you are tearing a tendon. In fact cortisone is even linked to causing tendon ruptures, so there is that too.
