Do classic.  That physique shit is beneath you. 
We'll see, Ideally I'd like to compete in open bodybuilding. Those classic and physique classes are stacked, when I competed on the national level, my class alone had over 40 dudes (placed top 10). And they are big, the current physique champ Brendon Hendrickson is actually bigger then Breon the classic champ, theres no weight cap for physique.

No one advising me.
Current diet
Meal 1: 6 oz ground beef, 2 oz chicken
Meal 2: same as 1
Meal 3: pre workout - 9 egg whites, 1 whole eggs, 5 oz sweet potato
Meal 4: post workout- 10 egg whites, 1 banana, 3 dates, 1/2 cup white rice
Meal 5: Same as 1
Meal 6: 6 oz salmon

I still swear by it, for the way I was training..4 sessions a week, low volume, zero cardio, also no real focus on the cosmetic look of the muscle (fullness). For prep, increase in activity, more training, more cardio, I feel I need a bit of carbs. On my off days, full carnivore still.

It's that time, almost 3 weeks in, started prep at 205 lbs, training 4 times a week, no cardio. Currently training 5 times a week,  cardio 3 days a week 30 minutes a session. First pic 1 week in 203 lbs, second pic 2 weeks in 199 pounds. Just a sneak peek. Flame away Grin

posing is what makes bbing fun -
Not much yet, usually around 5 weeks out or so I start posting, like 30 min a day.
