So this occurred in October 2018

They are charging him with rape today, 9 months later.

This girl went to his hotel room, with a sex toy.

Blackmailed him

She filed against him 9 months later.

This quote causes me to think that the woman might be lying:

“She said Rhoden stopped and let her leave when she told him she needed to go downstairs or else an acquaintance waiting in the lobby would know "something (was) up”


That doesn’t sound like she was saying “NO!”

I wonder if Chris Aceto is going to discuss this on Palumbo’s gossip videos. Aceto is Rhoden’s guru. He probably knew something about this case before today.

Sounds like she is from Utah. There is probably not a ton of female bodybuilders in Utah (Salt Lake City).

I don't know, too little to go on at this point. The time difference on the semen sample vs the charge doesn't bother me. She could have got it collected in 2018, and it was only processed recently. He might of only showed up in Utah or been ordered recently to offer up a sample.

Need more info.

Prosecutor:  Your honor....I have to think that Mr. Rhoden's obvious use of anabolic steroids may have contributed to this act.

Defense attorney:  Objection!  Everyone knows that steroids play a very small part in building a physique like Mr. Rhoden has.  Hard work, proper nutrition, and genetics build a championship body....not drugs!!  

Judge: Are you claiming Mr. Rhoden was genetically predisposed to raping Miss X?

Defense attourney:  Yes......I mean, wait a min......

Judge:  Guilty as charged.  And Mr. Rhoden is also ordered to clean the jizz and infection off of the Sandow statue before sentencing.
