Had Jay being the charged one; Would you see him as guilty of being a rapist as everyone seem to believe Shawn Rhoden is ?

Chris Aceto thinks there's a racism aspect to it . Palumbo says he would think Jay was innocent given his personality and his clean reputation in general you just don't see him involved in something like that " …

What makes me tend to believe her story isn't racism..............it's that I've heard that she reported it right away and had a rape kit done.

That is a key difference between this situation and a lot of the #METOO bullshit that comes out 30 years after it was alleged to have happened.
