Anxiety and cortisol wreck havoc on any dieter. The heavier you are, worse it can be. Although the open guys don't have to weigh in, they care about the scale more than any of them because they believe they have to show up at the Olympia at their fullest. Which unfortunately in their mind translates to heaviest...Which almost always is a mistake but they can't help themselves...
