Does he still train?Strange. His arms and delts look like he still works them, but the chest and midsection, not so much.Seems a little weird to me to be so lean like that when you don't really need to be.
Doubt he still lifts, he is pretty into long-distance cycling though. Likely that lean because he barely eats (relatively speaking).
I had it done on my hip a couple times a number of years ago. It's supposed to break up scar tissue.I didn't notice any improvement really but maybe if I went 3 times a week for 6 months and spent thousands of dollars it would have worked.Anyway my hip got better on its own.
Dave doesnt train or care much anymore. Only goes into the gym when he drops off the dog at the groomer once a month.Health 1st these days after all his problems. Seems content, so who cares honestly. **shrug**
I have been in regular contact with Mr. Palumbo for the last two years via email.I showed him this thread and he said he does not give a shit what anyone thinks of him.I then asked him if he thinks Mr Goodrum really has an 8” kielbasa. Waiting on a response.
