Serious question for any who have dealt with it. Can't someone just claim that they've been in contact with a Covid positive person every 4-5 days and this never have to return to in person work?

Has anyone seen this play out in the workplace?

they dont have to fight, just peaceful non compliance, all go back to work, pups and restaurants and nightclubs all open, if they get closed down just open again and simply do not turn up for any court summonses and ignore any fines

I wouldn't get your hopes up. There are so many people that can't detect bullshit. It's not like they are even good at it they just keep beating people over the head with it....sad stuff. Not to mention half the country is women who will trade anything for perceived safety or to fit in.

TRUE,,,,but for instance my mom and her husband visited his son and wife they are both vaccinated she is positive ,my mom is vaxxed and boostered,so is her husband,but we cant go see them for christmas now because my kids arent vaxxed or my girfriend.again yes our status aside, avaxxed person got infected symptoms or not and has thwarted the holiday plans.

Yes. You still can get COVID if you're vaccinated but your odds of getting it are much lower.
