I could be wrong but that looks like a promotional still of beautiful Joan Fontaine from the film, “Knights of the Round Table”. It had some other fine actors and actresses in it, most notably a young and talentless Liz Taylor and the great George Sanders. 

One of my favorite films starring Douglas was 1954’s “Ulysses”.
