They will use a bidet spray as is used in many eastern and southern European countries.

This is a water spray gun next to the toilet and far more hygienic than only using toilet paper.

Usually I take a shit first thing in the morning and take a shower afterwards but if I take one later in the day I wipe with baby wipes after toilet paper.  I'm not walking around all day with stinky butt.

Remember the story of a guy who called himself I think Captain Pooper  in NJ? He advertised he will pick up your dog shit in your backyard. His business grew so quickly he was making $250K a year. It was shitty work though.

The older European style version requires more space in the bathroom so can be a bit impractical perhaps.

But the newer versions are simply a spray gun attached next to the toilet, very easy to set up and uses no extra space.

Yeah, that was me you're referring to. My friend worked on porn sets as a camera operator. This was during the early to mid 90's while as a student in college in San Fernando valley. He said the smells of hours of sex on a porn set were nauseating and you had to have a strong stomach to endure it. The drug of choice on set was almost always marijuana.

On a serious note, in the past, some bigger studios had a person called a 'fluffer' who would make sure that the girls are ready for their acting sets.    No joke, we had a guy quit here one year to become a fluffer, as we learned about it.  I think 15 years ago, when porn shoots were made in Chatsworth, California, and the industry employees a ton of people, including a tremendous amount of girls needing to be in shape by taking supplements, protein shakes, protein bars.    His good friend was Stacy Bernstein, who did come to the office to say hello, a normal person who was extremely nice.  Her porn name was Raylene, and she made a ton of money of of it.
