Why is he not on trt? Kidney issues? He looks like tom prince physique wise now. I think tom just does dialysis and has no functioning kidneys. Cool guy though i like his youtube.

Doesn't he have two shoulder replacements, a problematic but repaired right quad tear, and a pacemaker? It would be interesting to see his bloodwork on no trt. His bodyfat is really low still, wouldn't that throw everything out of whack hormonally on a guy?
