How then is the vaccine preventing virus mutations?  It doesn't prevent or even minimize infection.  Why are vaccinated people still blaming the unvaccinated for virus infections and mutations?

The Covid vax does not prevent mutations.  Maybe they thought it would but it does not.

Covid is a virus that mutates like the flu.

It will continue to mutate over and over so the annual or twice annual Covid vax will be a constant thing like getting annual flu shots.

Blaming the un-vaxxed for re-infections is idiotic but this idea persists.

However, getting a vax for measles which does not mutate and provides lifetime immunity protects those who cannot for some reason get the measles vax.

It's a different situation entirely.

I'm not "vaxxed" and haven't needed medical treatment.

I've been to 17 different states in the last year and 3 different Countries.

The hospitals in my state are less than 15% Covid.

Not nearly maxed, they are at 72% capacity which is normal for this time of year.

My wife is a Radiologist reading studies from the Dallas area. All day she is talking to doctors in the ER complaining how taxed they are by all these young unvaxed people filling their hospitals when, if they had gotten vaxed months ago, most of them wouldn’t be there right now.

Most of the hospitals she covers have stopped most elective procedures, so people with sometimes unavoidable illnesses are being affected by these dingleberries who didn’t get vaxed.

She is also being told of patients abusing doctors for 1) being told they have Covid because that can’t be possible, or 2) not giving them the vaccine when they are sick when being asked to do so.
