Wow Rich, yoou look awesome on stage. You look huge @ 300lbs too, but definately a whole other level in contest shape man. Very inspiring. I know you mentioned in Mayhem that your busy with life and holding competing off, but folks better watch out when you hit the stage again. Wow.. Cool

Yep I would recommend anyone wanting to gain weight to hop on a cruise ship, I gained 20 pounds, round the clock buffets, I'm sure Rich let em have it.

Usually the midnight buffet is the best, alot of cakes and stuff Grin
