man 2 ambien is alot, most I've ever taken is 1 and it knocked me out big time. My wife's cousin takes 2 and she can't move for like 16 hours...

Strydom at his peak competed under 230lbs, prob 220-225 so he is nowhere near 250, never mind 280

you know nothing about bodybuilding in the 80's and early 90's do you? Gary competed in the 1987 NOC at about 250, he did one Olympia at 225ish but about 2 weeks before that he did the Chicago pro where he lost to Phil Williams, the general opinion was that Gary was huge but was not ripped enough so Gary wend nuts and dropped a ton of weight. Gary usually competed in the 250-260lbs range after that, When he placed 4th at the Ironman in 90 he weighed in at 250+, he traded Euro tour wins with Mike Christian and he was 250+, when he was in the WBF he was 260ish...to say Gary won all of his pro shows at well over 250lbs. The only times I ever saw gary compete at under 230 were the nationals when he won and his sole olympia.
