Who would you rather look like?
Bumstead looks a hell of a lot more impressive than these run of mill marky mark types.
Given my age, I would go with Reynolds. I am more about keeping healthy and having a solid balance between muscle and body fat.
When in my 20's & 30s, having that guy's build would have felt (in my mind at least) like reaching perfection. As I've aged, I've also realized that it's not a very practical look. Clothing becomes difficult to find/purchase. Work colleagues will also peg you as the overgrown behemoth. People will always assume you're "all steroids".
Now, I honestly enjoy being able to jog 4-5 miles/day or go biking for 5-10 miles per day. I enjoy having low enough body fat levels that I can see the semblance of my abs. I enjoy not getting winded when going up a flight of stairs.
Different times lead to different preferences. Guys in their late 40's, 50's and beyond need to start to consider longevity, a healthy heart, strong joints, good spine health and solid digestive tract and functional kidneys.
All that said, I do think the guy in the opening post is very impressive looking, but I think that when it comes to women, he would get passed on.
