Seeing this thread made me look up his feeder videos. Never gave it a fair trial.  The few days I did it the pumps were insane.

How often do you do them and do you do them just for arms?  How many sets?  How many reps? It's been so long since I tried them. I think in the sixties it was called muscle spinning. Nothing new under the sun.

I can't recall exactly but it was about 6-12 months before he died I spoke with a clueless Piana fanboy at the gym and told him I thought Rich would be dead within 2 years. He was like, why? ??? I told him he was on so much shit, gear, massive rec drugs, dangerous fillers in his muscles - an obvious suicide mission. I think he was trying to kill himself, he knew it was coming soon.
Plus one of his exes said a few years earlier that docs had told him his lab values were alarming, kidneys etc, but never went to follow-up appointments.

I wonder if the average "fan" could tell how messed up on recs he was in all his videos? Probably not, even though he spoke about the dope openly.

Definitely a hit and split.  Watching her in Rich's videos showed her to be a very shallow and boring person.  Later we found out what a sneaky gold digger she was.

Oxycodone, Adderall, meth are some of the things he and others talked about. You can clearly see the amphetamines in many videos.
If you do these it's also sure as shit you sprinkle in things like GHB or benzos to wind down. And if you do meth you're unlikely to turn down coke.

No one dies from insulin?  If you take insulin your body slows the amount of insulin it produces. It can lead to diabetes and diabetic shock. It's also bad for the heart. Most diabetics die from a heart attack.
