That settles it then.

And how many Presidents' dogs have repeatedly attacked guests and Secret Service agents, Mr. Google?

I neither know nor do I care how many or which Presidents' dogs have repeatedly attacked guests and Secret Service agents. What I do know is that no President has ever been impeached because their dog or dogs attacked people. But I suspect there is the possibility that Marjorie Taylor Green will attempt to have President Biden impeached for this.

Very unlikely to be an impeachable offense (though these days the standard for that depends more on the person than the offense) but Biden should be held accountable for his dog's actions.

As should be any dog owner whose dog has a history of biting/attacking people. Champ is deceased and I think the other two, Commander and Major no longer live in the Whitehouse because a calmer location was advised. From what I know about dogs, German Shepherds are not the best breed for an environment like the White House due in part to their protective nature. Besides moving the dogs out of the White House, in what way would you suggest President Biden be held accountable? As best as I know held accountable merely means to take responsibility for something, it seems to me this is what President Biden did.

I do not disagree with you in that no one is above the law. However, laws are sometimes vague and open to interpretation, such as with these addressing potentially dangerous dogs. If authorities do not enforce the law, who decides whether it was violated or issues the penalties?

FYI, this is the DC law regarding dangerous or vicious dogs? https://code.dccouncil.gov/us/dc/council/code/sections/8-1903 through S-1905 Do we know if Biden' two dogs were licensed and and met the other owner requirements? The penalties seem to lean heavily on  whether dogs are properly licensed, etc. The possible fines shown are the maximum, there is no minimum fine or penalty. It also says the penalties 'may be imposed' suggesting it is up to a judge to decide if any penalty will be imposed. Also, what usually triggers these laws is a complaint filed by the victim(s). Do you know if a complaint was ever filed by any of the victims?

You are much more of a media hound then I am it seems. I never heard of Tyler Cherry until now. So, thanks for that, I guess. Not exactly sure why Tyler Cherry, who was only recently promoted to the position of associate communications director for the Whitehouse, is newsworthy. Could it be for what he supposedly posted on Twitter before 2017, six years ago when he was 24 years old?

Why should I Google it, if you cannot be bothered to?

USA Today poll: 41% of Democrats want Joe Biden to quit
Breitbart.com ^ | 7/2/2024 | Wendell Husebo
Posted on 7/2/2024, 10:07:25 AM by NetAddicted

Forty-one percent of Democrat voters want President Joe Biden to drop out of the 2024 race, a Monday USA Today/Suffolk University poll found, while only 51 percent want him to remain on the ticket.

The poll represents one of the first post-debate polls that Democrat operatives and donors will study to determine the total damage to Biden’s candidacy following his debate performance.

By a five-to-one ratio, the poll found former President Donald Trump won the exchange. Only 28 percent of Biden supporters said he won. Only 24 percent of Democrats said the debate increased their support for Biden, while nine percent said it made them want to support a third party candidate. Sixty-four percent of independents, meanwhile, want Biden replaced on the ballot.

When asked about the impact of the debate, 26 percent of independents said it made them more likely to support Trump, nine percent Biden, and 17 percent said it made them more likely to vote for a third-party candidate.

USA Today reported how voters described their worries about Biden’s debate performance:

Those with concerns about Biden used words like “confused” and “incoherent.” They overwhelmingly said Trump won.

Others used words like “coherent/articulate” and “cognizant/present” as the reason they were supporting the 78-year-old former president.

Among those who said Biden won, the top reasons cited focused not on his performance but on his character, saying he was “truthful/honest” and that Trump had “lied” in his responses.

The poll sampled 1,000 registered voters from Friday to Sunday with a 3.1 percentage points margin of error...

BREAKING: Biden Tells Hill Democrats He Refuses to Step Down
Daily Signal ^ | JULY 8, 2024 | Tony Kinnett
Posted on 7/8/2024, 10:49:35 AM by Red Badger

President Joe Biden informed House and Senate Democrats that he would be staying in the presidential race as the Democratic nominee in a letter Monday morning. This letter follows on the heels of calls for the president to step down after a disastrous debate performance against former President Donald Trump last month.

Biden’s “old and weak” demeanor in the presidential debate hosted by CNN inflamed an already growing public relations “nightmare” for the Biden/Harris Campaign, whose polling numbers against Trump were already tenuous due, in part, to videos in which the president appeared lost and forgetful at fundraisers and international ceremonies

According to a recent Wall Street Journal poll, over 80% of Americans believe that Biden is too old to seek reelection.

Replacements suggested by leading liberal officials, journalists, and pundits include Vice President Kamala Harris, former First Lady Michelle Obama, and Governors Gavin Newsom of California and Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan.

This letter to congressional Democrats isn’t Biden’s first rebuttal against the growing calls for his resignation.

On a July 5 rally in Madison, Wisconsin, Biden stated that he would defeat Trump “in 2020,” appearing to misspeak as he attempted to claim he would win reelection in 2024.

Biden’s letter cited the Democratic primaries, where Democrats chose him to be their nominee for president.

“Do we now just say this process didn’t matter? That the voters don’t have a say? I decline to do that,” he wrote.

Biden resolved in his conclusion to defeat “Trump and the MAGA Republicans.”
