That's the film called "42."  It's sorta by the numbers, but it tells the story of Robinson coming up well.  It uses some boldly-drawn characters to identify the good guys and bad guys, but this was probably necessary for a tight story.  I thought it was Harrison Ford's best character work.

I saw it on DVD when it came out and again after Boseman passed.  Worth a watch, IMO.

I will take your word for it. I was avoiding watching it in case it featured overt White Guilt.

He's dead at 86 and you think it's the vaccine?  Here's some facts about the vaccine the Army Airborne released from information by the CDC. 12% of Division one athletes from Ohio State had heart damage after recovering from covid. Yes,  the survival rate is high for those who are young with no preexisting conditions but it is a very dangerous disease. On a personal note I know a guy who benched 500lbs two weeks before contracting covid. He lived for a  week and then died at 53 years old. The governor of NJ talked about him in a press conference saying he had no known preexisting conditions. His wife and kids are devastated.

Yes, I believe that we can't rule out the vaccine as the cause. Don't you think it's suspicious that no cause of death has been provided by any news source?

Keep in mind, he was a poster child for blacks getting the vaccine. He was showing them that it's ok and safe, lol.

There's a lot on the line.

The worst flu i got in my life happen days after taking the flu vaccine. Never again.
I dont think i will take the covid one, specially because i know a lot of people who has/had covid and they claimed to me in person that the regular flu is more incapacitating, sympthom wise.

As we previously reported, Hank -- along with other prominent Black leaders -- decided to get the shot in front of the media in hopes of showing others in the community that the vaccine is safe.

If anyone dies with Covid, it was 100% the virus that killed them.  If anyone dies after taking the Covid vaccine, it was 100% not the vaccine that killed them.
