There are a bunch of videos showing homeless people being given money, supplies or gifts in exchange for voting for Bass. Maybe that's part of the feds investigation into CA? Newscum seems to think he's going to block the feds from access to ballots/voter rolls. Hopefully the feds pursue this rigorously and get a real conclusion, not some half assed bullshit.

There are some requirements involved. If you have a driver’s license or state identification, you can easily register at registertovote.ca.gov. You cannot use a P.O. Box or business address to register to vote, but you can use a P.O. Box or business address to receive mail.
They could use same day registration but even this requires them to go through some hoops that I suspect most homeless people would not follow through on doing. I could be wrong. Paying anyone to register to vote is not right but it also does not guarantee that they vote or for whom they vote.
