Even open border supporters would have to admit that it's impossible to import the entire third world population into the first world. It can't be done, and even if you opened the borders a lot of the people left in the third world would be the most abject who couldn't muster the means to migrate. What about them?
The Equity Army never seems to discuss why the third world is in such deep shit and how to lift them out of it entirely. That would be way more equitable than a tiny minority getting a better life while the rest get left behind. I don't have the solution but I find it odd that discussion isn't happening. You'd think that would be agenda #1 for those who want to improve the lives of third world people.
Instead, we bomb them and generally fuck around in their affairs because it's good for business, support slave labor so we get cheap plastic knick knacks, say nothing about corporate exploitation, then agree to let a handful in if they can crawl to a crossdresser with a Refugees Welcome sign. Like that makes you a good person. "We'd cut 'em in half with a machine gun and then give 'em a bandaid. It was a lie."
It's to the detriment of people living in the first world and doesn't help the 99.99% who got left behind. This is the virtuous solution everyone is screaming for?
