You said you tried everything for legs what did you finally settle on as the best strategy?
I would do 1 plate per side on leg press for 50 reps, then 2 plates for 40,3 plates for 30,4 plates 20,5 plates 10,then back to 1 plate shooting for 100 reps.
Did lots of crazy shit..........370 for a triple weighing 160,405 for a single at 160,3 sets of 10 with 315, followed by 2 more of 8 and 6 respectively.
I used to do 5-8 exercises in a row no rest,adding weight to each movement once all were completed without resting on every set while decreasing reps...............and tons of other shit but I guess high reps would be the answer.
