238 was a big number for me it may be a while before I can top that I have never weighed more in my life that is new territory. Additionally I need a break have been pushing hard for months having tendon and ligament pain in addition to shoulders and basically bones just aching. Will see how it goes but not pushing now may even take a week and go mountainbiking
