  • I am. The most interesting man in the world. (Not)
Stage 4 prostate cancer with bone metastases and a (Gleason score 9) is a big deal. While he could live a decade more or so, the treatments for this incurable cancer are no picnic.

I will be surprised if he lives past what would have been his second term in office as POTUS.

He may or may not live that long. The unfortunate part is that PSA blood tests would have caught it in time to successfully treat and put it in long-term remission which is sometimes considered as cured after five years or so. Why wasn't Biden's longtime personal physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor including PSA checks in his blood tests?

PSA blood tests and two biopsies revealed that I had prostate cancer 14 years ago. Because of the early detection. I chose to have a prostatectomy which thankfully resulted in my being prostate cancer free today. My PSA today continues to be "undetectable." President Biden is less than two years older than I am.
